Ad Maker may offer monthly, annual, credit-based, or promotional plans.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Users may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or significant technical failures.

Refunds are generally not available for partially used subscriptions, dissatisfaction with generated content, or failure to cancel before renewal.

Generated content itself does not qualify for a refund because AI resources are consumed immediately.

Users should contact support before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Minor outages and maintenance periods do not automatically qualify for refunds.
